Support sharing the Apple Device Bus with other devices. ADB devices connected between a ServeView/Ultraview unit and an Apple computer caused the unit to stop communicating with the computer. This has been fixed. Now ADB devices besides mice and keyboards can be connected into the ADB chain. 2. Problem waking a Macintosh after it goes into sleep mode. Macintoshes with the Energy Saver extension have the ability to put the computer into sleep mode after a period of inactivity. A computer that is in sleep mode would then fail to respond to keyboard activity which should wake the computer. Keyboard activity will now wake a Mac that is in sleep mode. 3. Incorrect functioning of an Apple 400 DPI mouse. Use of a 400 DPI Apple mouse resulted in eratic cursor movement. This has been fixed. 4. Problems using Macintosh restart key sequences. When using key sequences that need to be pressed while restarting a Mac (i.e. the shift key to turn off extensions or the command-option keys to rebuild the desktop), these keys should be pressed after the Mac OS screen shows that the OS has begun to load. If pressed too early in the boot cycle the computer will not be ready to receive them and they will be ignored. 5. Problem with the PC keyboard emulation of the Macintosh Power key. With some Macintosh computers (i.e. Power Macintoshes) connected to a switch with a PC keyboard attached, it used to be necessary to press the Right Windows (app) key twice to bring up the shutdown menu. This key now only needs to be pressed once.
