The firmware upgrade procedure for ServSensor JR and ServSensor:

1. Run IPSet.exe
2. Select "Firmware Upgrade" mode
3. Enter IP address and password
   Note: the default password is "public"
4. Click on "Browse" and select file eme10x_YYYYMMDD.zip,
   where x is 2 for ServSensor JR and 8 for ServSensor and YYYYMMDD is the date
5. Click on "Update"
6. Wait until the top status window flashes green with the message "Press this button to open web interface", then click on it to login to the unit
